Reformer Pilates is a powerful way to build core strength, improve stability and mobility, and increase overall muscular strength. I offer private Reformer classes from my fully equipped home studio, designed to give you a focused, high-quality experience in a calm and welcoming space.
Private sessions are completely customized to your goals and needs. Whether you're working through an injury, preparing for or recovering from pregnancy, or simply want more personalized attention, 1:1 training gives us the opportunity to move at your pace with hands-on support and tailored approach.
You can also join me for group Reformer, Tower and Chair classes at Pilates Social on Tue., Thu., Fri., and Sun., where I lead energizing, full-body sessions that focus on strength, mobility, and alignment.
