I offer a wide range of class experiences and work with real bodies in every season of life. Whether your goal is to gain strength, focus on body recomposition, support your body through injury or rehab, or train pre & postnatally, I combine my knowledge and expertise as an engineer, certified Personal Trainer, and Pilates teacher to create detailed, thoughtful, and personalized sessions designed just for you.
Classes are offered both in-person and online, including Mat Pilates, Reformer sessions, Personal Training & Programming, Nutrition Coaching, and Private Events.
